Properties:
- vitamin B1 or Thiamine is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the B vitamins complex;
- also called the "antistress vitamin", thiamine can contribute to strengthening the immune system and supporting the body to withstand stressful conditions;
- can be useful in supporting energy and metabolism;
- the need for vitamin B1 can be provided both from food and supplements;
- foods rich in thiamine include brewer's yeast, vegetables, seeds and nuts, whole grains, yogurt and more;
- as long as we have access to food and supplements, the deficiency should not exist, but there are several factors that can favor this.
Method of administration:
1 capsule every 2 days, preferably during the meal

Vitamin B1 - 100 mg. Microcrystalline cellulose.
Vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
