Shipping Policy

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

International World Wide Shipping:

Order Processing:

Orders are processed in the same day or within one business day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped ( check the SPAM folder as well )
Once prepared, packages are transferred to our logistics partner’s warehouse for dispatch. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to appear or update after the package arrives at the carrier’s facility.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Orders may be canceled within 3–5 days of placement. After the package reaches our logistics partner’s warehouse, the order cannot be canceled, but it may be returned for a refund.
