Properties:
Product recommended for men as a dietary supplement that can help improve reproductive health and increase the success rates of fertilization programs. Supramen contains an optimal combination of ingredients that support the spermatogenesis process and help to improve the 3 essential parameters for the evaluation of semen:
• sperm concentration
• sperm motility
• sperm morphology
Supramen contains a complex of biologically active substances that can:
• support the process of spermatogenesis and can improve sperm quality

The role of ingredients in Supramen: Inositol plays a key role in the morpho and cytogenesis of cells (including sperm), increases MMP (mitochondrial membrane potential), regulates sperm motility, regulates LH/FSH (luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone) concentrations, reduces insulin resistance, regulates motility, capacity and acrosomal response.               
Lycopene contributes to increasing the motility and concentration of the seminal fluid, improving the activity of enzymes naturally involved in the antioxidant processes of the seminal fluid. Carnitine - The dual source of carnitine (L-carnitine and N Acetyl-L Carnitine) contributes to the support of sperm motility and quality, while protecting sperm from oxidative damage. Folic acid in its bioactive form helps to improve the methylation of genetic material and cell division , as well as maintaining hormonal balance in men experiencing fertility problems. L-Arginine contributes to the improvement of vasodilatation. Selenium is important for reproductive function and testosterone metabolism. Selenium administration to subfertile patients induced a statistically significant increase in sperm motility.
   

Method of administration:
4 capsules. Take two capsules twice a day (morning and evening), during or after a meal, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions:
