1 ampoule per day, diluted in a glass of water (200 ml), 30 minutes before bedtime. 
For 20 days or as needed. 
Shake the ampoule well before use. 
Break one tip of the ampoule using a napkin and pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass, breaking the second tip.

Macerate hydroglycerin 1:20 from broad-leaved lime buds (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) 50 mg 
Hydroglycerin macerate 1:20 from fig buds (Ficus carica L.) 50 mg
