Properties:
Product made by combining plants with synergistic activity, with a complex content of bioactive substances with specific actions on the central nervous and cardiovascular systems.
- intervenes favorably in sleep disorders, in states of restlessness and anxiety, irritability, neurovegetative and menopausal disorders;
- beneficial effect in digestive disorders on a nervous background;
- gives the body a state of well-being, peace and calm that facilitates the induction of physiological sleep, and upon awakening from sleep without the existence of a state of fatigue, mental sluggishness or hangover.

Ingredients/tablet (1070 mg):
-400 mg powder from dried Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis), 100 mg powder from dried Lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia), 100 mg powder from dried aerial parts of Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata), 40 mg extract from Licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra), corn starch - bulking agent, Pumpkin fruit powder - Cucurbita pepo - colorant, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose - emulsifier, honey - sweetener and talc - glazing agent.

Administration:
Adults: 1-2 tablets in the evening, 2-3 hours before bedtime, for a maximum of 6 weeks or as recommended by a specialist; can be resumed after a break of at least 30 days.
Children aged 5 to 12 years: ½ tablet in the evening, before bedtime in states of agitation or increased emotionality, only on the recommendation of a specialist.

Precautions:
The product is well tolerated, has no contraindications and, in the recommended doses and manner of use, does not generate addiction and is free of side effects.
During pregnancy, breastfeeding, in states of insomnia caused by functional or organic disorders and in children up to 5 years of age, it is used only on the recommendation of a specialist.
Caution should be exercised in people with high blood pressure or who use products with hypotensive action.
If unwanted effects occur, discontinue administration of the product and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Avoid alcohol consumption during administration of the product.
It is not recommended for drivers and/or operators of machinery (the product promotes sleepiness, decreased attention, reflexes and concentration).
"Do not administer concurrently with barbiturate and benzodiazepine preparations".
