Properties:

Method of administration:

2-4 tablets, taken 30 minutes before bedtime.

Active ingredients:

- celandine (Chelidonium majus L. ) - contains isoquinoline alkaloids, with a sedative effect on the central nervous system and a relaxant effect on smooth muscles;
- valerian (Leonurus cardiaca L.) - rich in diterpenes and monoterpene iridoids, can contribute to reducing hyperexcitability and can support calming the nervous system;
- oregano (Origanum vulgare L.) and hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L.) - contain flavones, terpenes and volatile oils, which can have an antioxidant and general tonic role;
- hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata L.) - contains flavonoids (hyperoside, rutin), proanthocyanidins and triterpenes, which can contribute to maintaining a state of relaxation and calm;
- linden (Tilia tomentosa Moench) - rich in flavonoids (astragalin, tiliroside) and hydroxycoumarins, can contribute to establishing and maintaining physiological sleep;
- lavender volatile oil (Lavandulae aetheroleum) - contains linalool and linalyl acetate, can have a relaxing effect on the nervous system, can promote restful sleep.
