Properties:
- can contribute to relaxation and increase sleep quality, can regulate palpitations and can relieve stomach muscle contractions caused by stress and nervousness;
- the combination of the two plant extracts (Valerian and Passion Flower) is a traditional combination used to improve states of unjustified panic, anxiety, nervous hyperexcitability, stress, sleep disorders;
- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) can contribute to improving states of nervousness, can regulate heart palpitations and can induce a restful sleep;
- can calm muscle spasms, in stomach colic of a nervous nature, can reduce sensitivity in states of vomiting;
- passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is known for its calming effect due to the presence of harmanic alkaloids and flavones;
- can inhibit motor activity, can increase respiratory rate, can help remove states of nervousness and can induce a restful sleep.    

Dosage:
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day (in states of nervousness, stress, overwork) 1-2 tablets, 1 hour before bedtime (for a peaceful sleep).    

Active ingredients:
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) – 80 mg, Passiflora/Passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata) – 40 mg.
