Pure Melatonin 5mg 60 Tablets – Sleep Support Supplement

Food supplement that helps the body adapt to time zone variations. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum dose of 0.5mg administered before bedtime on the first day of travel and in the next few days after arrival at the destination.

Ingredients:
Bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; melatonin (5mg), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Administration:
1 tablet per day, with plenty of water, preferably one hour before bedtime. To improve the jet-lag effect, it is recommended to administer 1 tablet on the first day of travel and in the next few days after arrival at the destination. It can also be administered to vegetarians.
