Properties:
Plantalax 3 is a food supplement based on Psyllium fibers (Plantago ovata) and enzymes: α-galactosidase and β-galactosidase, which regulate intestinal transit and help reduce the feeling of discomfort caused by bloating, associated in some cases with difficult digestion of certain foods. 

Plantalax 3 contains Psyllium seed coat, a partially fermentable fiber extracted from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant. The following properties derive from the special structure of Psyllium:
- The high capacity to bind and retain water inside the intestinal lumen and, therefore, to increase the volume and hydration of the fecal bowl
- The presence of a gelatinous fraction with emollient and lubricating properties
- Stimulation of proliferation bifido-bacteria to increase faecal biomass
- Production of short-chain fatty acids, able to reach the left colon, where they are a source of energy for the cells of the intestine.

How to use:
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet 2-3 times a day, before meals
Plantalax 3 action usually occurs within 24-48 hours of oral administration.
Each dose of Plantalax 3 should be followed by the administration of an adequate amount of fluids: at least 1.5 liters per day.
