Method of administration:

Persedon® Night can be administered from the age of 14:
1-2 tablets per day, consumed in the evening, at least half an hour before bedtime.
Presentation: box with 1 blister – 15 tablets.

Precautions and contraindications:

Do not administer Persedon® Night:
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Valerian, Californian Poppy, Lemon Balm, Melatonin or any of the other ingredients of Persedon® Night;
adolescents and children under 14 years of age.
Concomitant use with benzodiazepines, or barbiturates, or other products containing Valerian, may alter the effectiveness of Persedon® Night.
In sensitive individuals, the use of Persedon® Night for more than two weeks may cause headache, gastrointestinal disorders and restlessness.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Due to insufficient data on the safety of using Persedon® Night during pregnancy and breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before taking this dietary supplement.
Driving
At the recommended dose, Persedon® Night has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.
Use with ethyl alcohol
It is not recommended to administer Persedon® Night together with ethyl alcohol/other derivatives because this combination may increase the sedative effect.
Storage
Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
In case of exposure to temperatures higher than 24ºC, the product may change its color, showing significant variations between greenish-brown and dark brown.
Variations in color and taste are due to the natural nature of the active ingredients and do not affect the composition and efficacy of the product.
Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
Consume, preferably, before the end of the expiration month and year written on the packaging.

Ingredients:

Ethanol extract 2:1 (maltodextrin) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), with 0.3% valerenic acids; stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; aqueous extract 5-6:1 (maltodextrin, silicon dioxide) from Lemon Balm leaves (Melissa officinalis), with 2% rosmarinic acids; hydroethanolic extract 3-9:1 (gum arabic, silicon dioxide) from aerial parts of Californian Mac-Californian (Eschscholtzia californica) with 0.6% alkaloids; thickening agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
