Peagren, 30 capsules

Properties:
- Peagren is a dietary supplement with PEA (micronized palmitoylethanolamide), riboflavin (vitamin B2) and melatonin;
- Riboflavin can contribute to:
- the normal functioning of the nervous system;
- reduction of fatigue and exhaustion;
- protecting cells against oxidative stress;
- normal energy metabolism.
- Melatonin can help alleviate sleep disturbances* and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep**.
* The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg administered before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination.

How to use:
2 capsules a day, in the evening, approximately 30 minutes before going to bed, for a period of 2 weeks, followed by 1 capsule a day, in the evening, for a period of 60-90 days. If necessary, the dose can be increased again to 2 capsules daily and the duration of use can be extended.
