-300 mg dry extract of Lemon Balm leaves (Melissa officinalis), 300 mg dry extract of Hawthorn leaves and flowers (Crataegus monogyna), 185 mg dry extract of aerial parts of Goosefoot (Leonurus cardiaca), 140 mg powder of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), 100 mg powder of aerial parts of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), 15 mg Coenzyme Q10, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, talc, aerosil, gum arabic, fructose, glucon delta lactone, magnesium carbonate.
Dosage:
- 1 tablet 2 - 3 times a day, as needed (preferably after meals) or as recommended by a specialist.
In case of sleep disorders, 1-2 tablets (in a single dose) are taken 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.
Avoid taking the product in combination with alcohol consumption.
The product does NOT contain lactose!
