Way of ussage:
Can be used:
- when obtaining coconut milk - hydrate and then put through a blender.
- when decorating cakes and ice cream.
- cake topping - together with honey or other sweetener and a little water.
- cakes/creams.
- in the cereal and fruit mix for the morning yogurt/milk.
- Consume as a snack, along with nuts and seeds
- tossed in a tropical fruit salad with bananas, mango, papaya and oranges.

Coconut candy (gluten-free).
Because many people associate the taste of coconut with that of desserts, we couldn't skip the sweet recipes. These candies are easy to make at home and are a dessert that will appeal to those with gluten intolerance, nut and peanut allergies or fans of the vegan diet.

Ingredients (for 12 pieces):
· 130g coconut flakes · 2 teaspoons heated coconut oil
· 3 tablespoons maple syrup · 2 tablespoons coconut milk
· ½ teaspoon vanilla extract · ½ teaspoon cinnamon
· a pinch of sea salt.
Place 75g of the coconut flakes with the oil in a food processor. Blend on high speed until you get a paste (it doesn't have to be as creamy as butter).
Add the maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and mix well until everything is smooth. Add 40g of the coconut flakes and mix until combined.
Form this paste into 12 small balls and roll through the remaining coconut flakes. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Storage conditions: dry and cool place, away from sunlight.
