Nyrvusal is a dietary supplement in the form of an oral solution intended exclusively for adults. R alpha-lipoic acid (also called thioctic acid) is a micronutrient that is normally found in the body.

Dosage and method of use:  
It is recommended to use 5 ml per day, preferably during meals (5 ml of oral solution contain 300 mg of R alpha-lipoic acid).
