Ingredients:
One Melatonyr 3 mg tablet contains loading agents (corn starch and pregelatinized starch - and isomalt), 3 mg melatonin, anti-caking agents (colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Method of use:
Melatonyr 3 mg tablets contribute to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and to alleviating sleep disorders (especially those due to time zone changes).

Method of administration:
1 tablet per day, before going to bed. The tablets are swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.
