Properties:
- magnesium can participate in the process of cell division, in the normal synthesis of proteins, in the electrolytic balance and contributes to the maintenance of mental health, the bone system and teeth;
- it can also help reduce fatigue and exhaustion;
- vitamin B6 can contribute to the normal synthesis of cysteine, to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and glycogen;
- it can also contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells, the regulation of hormonal activity and the normal functioning of the immune system.

Method of administration:
Adults: 1 film-coated tablet per day.

Active ingredients per tablet:
Each film-coated tablet contains magnesium oxide 500 mg (corresponding to 300 mg magnesium), bulking agents, coating film, loosening agent , anti-caking agents , 1.4 mg vitamin B6 .
