Indications:
Hepathrombin cream is indicated as an adjuvant in:
-superficial venous thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, phlebitis, prevaricose syndrome, postphlebitic syndrome, leg ulcer;
-posttraumatic lesions: hematomas, contusions, dislocations;
-bursitis, tenosynovitis.
Contraindications:
Do not use Hepathrombin:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to heparin sodium, allantoin, dexpanthenol or any of the other components of Hepathrombin.
Precautions:
Before using Hepathrombin, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
The medicine can be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding only for short periods and on the advice of a doctor.
Driving and using machines:
Hepathrombin has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.
How to use:
Always use Hepathrombin exactly as your doctor has told you. You should talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The cream is applied to the affected skin area and the surrounding area 2-3 times a day and massaged in gently. In case of inflammation of
the veins, the area is not massaged, but only applied in a thin layer to the affected area, then covered
with an occlusive or elastic dressing. In case of varicose ulceration, the cream is applied in the form of a 4 cm wide ring.

Composition:
- The active substances are: heparin sodium, allantoin and dexpanthenol.
- The other ingredients are: bronopol, carbomer 934, microcrystalline wax with ozokerite structure,
phosphoric acid ester with tri-alkyl-tetraglycol ether, levomenthol, liquid paraffin, isopropyl myristate, glyceryl monostearate,
disodium edetate, trolamine, white petrolatum, purified water.
