Properties:
Folic acid: 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) is the predominant form of folate in the body and can contribute to:
- maintaining normal folic acid levels, has a favorable effect on a normal pregnancy, being essential for the healthy development of the fetus. 
- maintaining normal homocysteine levels in the blood and supports cardiovascular health;
- in the process of cell division;
- maintaining concentration and alertness; 
- protecting vision.  

Directions:
Adults: 1 vegetable capsule per day. Or as recommended by your doctor.
