Description:

ESOXX® Reflux Protection & Acid Defence is a medical device with mechanical action, in the form of tablets that dissolve in the mouth, designed for the symptomatic treatment of acid and non-acid gastroesophageal reflux and gastric hyperacidity.

The innovative formula, based on chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid and aluminum hydroxide , forms a protective barrier on the esophageal mucosa, helping to reduce irritation caused by gastric contents and protect esophageal tissue.

Indications:

How to use:

DOSAGE: Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1-2 tablets after main meals and/or before going to bed or as needed when symptoms such as pain and heartburn occur, as recommended by the doctor.

Children over 6 years: it is recommended to take the product only after consulting a doctor. 1 tablet after main meals and/or before going to bed or as needed when symptoms such as pain and heartburn occur. If necessary, the tablet can be divided into two equal parts.

Start by dissolving the tablet in your mouth and then chew it. After use, you can drink water or milk.

Precautions and contraindications:

ADVERSE REACTIONS

Prolonged use may cause constipation due to the astringent effect of aluminum. There are currently no known overdose adverse reactions associated with the product ingredients.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Renal failure. Hypophosphatemia. Known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients.

Use this product only after consulting your doctor.

Cautions

This product does not contain gluten, lactose or milk derivatives.

This product contains aluminum, which may interfere with the absorption of some medications. Citrates may increase the absorption of aluminum. If you are taking any medication, consult your doctor before using the product. Do not take medication 1 hour before and 2 hours after taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended dose. In case of an adverse reaction, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. The product contains sucrose, which should be taken into account by patients with diabetes. Do not use this product after the expiration date indicated on the box. The expiration date refers to the product in unopened packaging and properly stored. Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Keep out of the reach of children. In the event of a serious incident related to the device, the manufacturer must be informed immediately at the address indicated at the bottom of the page, as well as the competent authority.
