Properties:
Equilibra Plus is a concentrated formula with high absorption, based on the synergistic action of the organic magnesium complex (magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium malate) and vitamin B6.

 The salts of the organic magnesium complex are characterized by a superior bioavailability (the property of being absorbed in sufficient quantity and quickly enough in the body to be effective) and a good gastrointestinal tolerability, compared to inorganic magnesium salts.

Method of administration:
