Properties:
- Citicoline is a molecule present in the body, being a precursor of the endogenous synthesis of nerve cell membrane phospholipids;
- Citicoline is used by nerve cells for the synthesis of acetylcholine, which is fundamental for the propagation of visual signals, improving the transmission of electrical impulses from the retina to the brain;
- exogenous intake is useful for the structural integrity of neuronal membranes and for the functionality of nerve cells.

Directions:
1-2 capsules per day, with a glass of water, after meals.
