Children over 12 years of age and adults: one capsule per day.
Adults: 1-2 capsules per day.
Administration is done approximately 30-60 minutes before bedtime, after which bed rest is recommended.

Dry hydroalcoholic extract of the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) standardized in vitexin – 80 mg.
Dry hydroalcoholic extract of the aerial part of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) standardized in isoquinoline alkaloids – 40 mg.
