Method of use:
Adults:
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, approximately 30 minutes before going to bed, after which bed rest is recommended.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in approximately 100-150 ml of warm water.
The recommended duration of administration is 2-4 weeks. The administration can be resumed after a break period equal to the administration period.

Bien Dormir Express ingredients:
Sweetener (sorbitol), chamomile extract, lemon balm extract, passionflower extract, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), sweetener (Stevia rebaudiana extract), melatonin.
One sachet contains:
Dry extract of chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla) standardized in apigenol - 250 mg.
Dry extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) standardized in rosmarinic acid - 150 mg.
Dry extract from the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) standardized in vitexin - 100 mg.
Melatonin – 7 mg.
