Acid Acetilsalicilic 30 Tablets

Indications:
Acetylsalicylic acid-Richter is used for:
As an analgesic and antipyretic:
- combating pain of weak or moderate intensity, in headache, myalgia, rheumatic joint and periarticular pain, neuralgia, dental pain, dysmenorrhea
- combating fever
As an anti-inflammatory:
- combating inflammatory phenomena in acute polyarticular rheumatism
- alleviating joint inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis

Contraindications:
Do not take Acetylsalicylic acid-Richter:
- if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before using Acetylsalicylic acid-Richter, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Pregnancy:
If you are or are planning to become pregnant, you should tell your doctor immediately, to discuss an alternative treatment method.
In the first two trimesters of pregnancy, low doses of this medicine can be used, but only on the advice of your doctor. Use of this medicine in the last trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated, as it may seriously affect the development of your baby.
Breast-feeding:
This medicine passes into breast milk in small amounts. No negative effects on the baby have been reported so far, so it is not necessary to stop breast-feeding. However, if you need higher doses (more than 300 mg per day) or regular use, you should stop breast-feeding.

Driving and using machines:
This medicine does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

How to use:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The tablets are swallowed whole, with a sufficient amount of water, preferably after meals.

Adults: 
For the analgesic and antipyretic effect, one Acetylsalicylic acid - Richter 500 mg tablet (500 mg acetylsalicylic acid) is administered, repeating as needed at 4-hour intervals. For the anti-inflammatory effect, 6-8 Acetylsalicylic acid - Richter 500 mg tablets (3-4 g acetylsalicylic acid) are administered per day, in fractional administration at 6-hour intervals.

Children under 12 years of age: 
Administration for the analgesic and antipyretic effect in viral conditions is done as directed by a doctor and under his strict supervision.

Children over 12 years: 
For the analgesic and antipyretic effect, 1/2 tablet of Acetylsalicylic acid - Richter 500 mg (250 mg acetylsalicylic acid) is administered, repeating as needed at intervals of 4-8 hours. For the anti-inflammatory effect in acute polyarticular rheumatism, 85-100 mg acetylsalicylic acid/kg per day (not exceeding 3 g per day) is administered, fractionally at intervals of 4-6 hours, for 20-30 days; then 2/3 of the initial dose is administered for 10-20 days, then 1/2-1/3 for another 30-40 days.

Composition:
One tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid 500 mg, calcium gluconate 150 mg and excipients: corn starch, Macrogol 6000, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, talc, potato starch, magnesium stearate.
